One of the MOST important thing is knowing the strength that you already have to birth your baby. We want to equip you with the information you need to make decisions, give you the confidence to trust your body and respect the birth process and encouragement to surrender to the waves as you bring your baby earth-side.

Aly would be a fantastic doula for anyone, but especially mothers seeking a VBAC. Having had a cesarean and a VBAC herself, she knows all of the emotions and traumas that can come with it, and will help you deal with those things and become empowered to birth your baby on your terms. She is highly educated on birth, and so empathetic to pregnant mothers. Were I to give birth again, I would absolutely want her there to support me a second time.
